So, the quincinera was completely awesome. Lindsay's dress was so beautiful, and the decorations were amazing, and dinner was yum, and squee.
On the minus side, since everyone else was asking what I'd been up to, I happened to mention meeting people online, and that Richard's taking a road trip and may or may not end up around here, and those idiots immediately freaked. Shriek. This reminds me of back when I was first talking to Rela, and they thought he was going to turn out to be Evil Stalker Dude. I think I can pick my friends for myself, thanks guys, and just because someone is male and online doesn't make them OMG TEH EVAL. Kthanksbai.
Anyway, Jade had her boyfriend of two years, Jamie, come stay at her house, and her mom found out and is now trying to get a restraining order. Because somehow, a man who is willing to put two years into a long-distance relationship is obviously only in it for the sex, which they have not had.

omichan. Reminds me of last year, after the car crash, when I was scared of turning in cars because I didn't want to have that happen again. *shudder* Cars are damn scary things.
Anyway, we're going out to Sam's place by the lake in a few hours, and then I'm off to Melissa's party, so I'll see you all on Monday. Love to everybody!
