Feeling a bit better. I sent off Katja's beta'd chapter (About which I have one thing to say: IS IS IS!) and also my application for Darkest Hour. Now I have at least two hours of uninterrupted writing time.

Due to whatever, we are not getting our schedules early this year.
This means that I will not know what I'm taking or what locker I have until the very first day of school.
I realize that this is probably how it is for most people, but it aggravates me, because I am extremely paranoid about the beginning of school, and this is not helping.

Tomorrow morning, we leave for the east coast, where I have never been.
Thus I will be unavailable until August 3. Since I got my LJ, I have not been gone for more than a weekend.
Love you all, have a good two weeks, and don't go through any crises if you can help it. I'm really going to miss all of you. Hopefully, I will return with something resembling a tan, twelve edited chapters of My Baby, and, um, an inbox that isn't overflowing. I might be able to check in sometimes, just to say hi.
Pyrae, if you want to hijack my journal again, it's fine by me.
Oh, and I was reading an article in Reader's Digest, and I have to say that I'm really starting to like Kerry, and the article didn't make Bush seem as awful as usual but, if I could vote, I'd still vote for Kerry. *wishes she was older*
