Christmas, yay.

Presents were decent this year. My parents got me the first season of 21 Jump Street, which induced mad giggles and snuggling of the box, and also I have a pretty black sweatshirt with a wolf on it. My grandmother forgot to ask for my gift list and had no idea what to buy me, so I am now the proud owner of a fifty-dollar gift card for Suncoast and a twenty-five-dollar card for Target. So, as soon as my parents come home (poor dears, they have to work) and can drive me to the mall, I will be the proud owner of ROTK: Extended Edition. OMG YAY. Dunno what I'll buy at Target.

Did not get many books. In fact...no, I think the only books I got were Sabriel and The Ape That Guards the Balance. Which are fantastic books, but I've read them both. Which reminds me, I finished Catch-22, and OMG. No book should be so confusing and exhilarating as to make me laugh wildly at things that should make me cry. Oh, wait, I also got the new Lemony Snicket book.

My grandma also got me Josh Groban's new CD. I think he's hot. And so now I am learning to sing in Italian, and it's driving me insane that I have only the vaguest idea what I'm saying.

Um, what else, what else. Oh, I played the Sims yesterday! I haven't in a while. But Robert broke it so all my families died and I had to make them all over again so I moved the Stargate family into a different house and they seem to be enjoying themselves.

Oh, and from Lyra's LJ: "Nae just walked by trying to talk to say "Merry Christmas" to Mia, when she sees my copy of Catch-22. She pointed at it and said "Hi," to it and proceeded to say "Merry Christmas" to Mia."

I DID NOT SAY HI TO THE BOOK. I said hi to Lyra. I happened to be looking at the book. *sulks* I have not sunk so low as to speak to books. Really. Believe me!

I'm going to go read Spindle's End and maybe watch 21 Jump Street or play Sims or something. I dunno.

In other news, World Lit has RUINED MY LIFE. Because we had "denouement" for vocab a few weeks ago, and now I am terrified that book twelve will be the last one, unless "Lemony Snicket" is far more intelligent than I and is TEASING ME MERCILESSLY. OMG, OMG, OMG. *faints*

I have this debilitating pain in the back of my neck. I don't know why. It hurts. It is ruining my happy relaxing day. I cannot happily relax when I am in pain. Sob.
