(I know, Pyrae, I said I was leaving. Well, I'm not yet.)
Microsoft Word. Two things.
1. Page numbers. How?
2. Printing out backwards, aka, in the correct and proper order, if you know what I mean. How?

1. Page numbers: If you don't have a title page, table of contents, or anything else that you do not want numbered (i.e. it's just a straight out document, with page 1 actually being the first page of the doc, no blank pages or title pages or tables of contents or dedications, etc.), do the following.
Go to Insert... -> Page Numbers... and adjust all your settings accordingly, everything in the box is pretty self-explanatory.
If you DO have a title page, table of contents, dedications, blank filler sheets and all of that fun stuff at the beginning of your book, which you do NOT want page numbers on, let me know, because the process for doing that gets convoluted.
2. Printing in Proper Order: Working on it, will be with you in a second.

Go to Tools... -> Options... -> the Print Tab and then check the box marked "Reverse Print Order"
