I return alive and unwounded from the second day of VBS.
First up, Stargate. There are no words for how much I love this show. Imagine, if you will, an episode where three of the four main characters have to act like each other. Michael, Richard, Christopher, oh-they-are-so-brilliant. And, of course, Amanda too. Holiday is my second favorite episode ever. The only thing that bugged me was that I figured out how to fix things almost immediately and it took Sam several hours to do so. Isn't she supposed to be the smart one...?
And One False Step. So much love. Danny, Jack, those adorable little aliens, Janet, Sammy, Teal'c. This is the best episode ever.
And then there was...a huge bug outside my window. Ick ick ick get it off get it off.
I'm depressed now. Adventurers! is in the final boss battle. I don't want it to end! What will I do without Ardam?
Everything seems to be ending. Nocturne_Alley, Adv!... And Janet is dead on Stargate, and Jack is in stasis, and Hammond is gone, and what's the point in the bloody show without Janet?! I adored her, she was amazing, I despise Sam for contributing to Janet's death. (But of course I still really love my Sammy because, aww.) And TSPB is ending, and if it is indeed finished by July 22 I will have been actually writing it, not revising, for ten months.
I don't like things to end.
I have to go write chapter six. Comment very quickly if you are on, Pyrae, or else you'll have to call me.

Um, sounds like the sarcophagus one to me, but that wasn't on yesterday and there was no institution. I <3 the sarcophagus ep. Danny! Needs a fix! Gets hugs from Jack! Dies! Eee!
In fact, only institution I remember is from the one where Danny goes out of phase, and that wasn't him, it was Nick. Speaking of that one. Danny! Invisible! Jack!

Certain sources have suggested Jack is going to be promoted to General. I am...unsure what to think of this. Especially since, to be a flat-out Air Force General, he'd have to skip three ranks. Next up from Colonel would just be Brigadier General which doesn't sound very cool. Maybe the sources are wrong and he's not getting promoted at any point. Dunno. Weird stuff.
