I have to write a fable for my English class, and I've no inspiration whatsoever. So, like, could you people suggest some morals just to get me started? I'd really appreciate it. Love you all.

Actions speak louder than words.
Remember the Alamo.
Don't spit into the wind.
What goes around, comes around.

Don't put off until today what you can do tomorrow.
He who hesitates is lost.
Look before you leap.
Don't judge a book by its cover.
With too many rowers, the boat will crash into a mountain.
If you don't try, you'll never succeed.
Don't count your dragons before they're hatched.
Tilt at windmills, because they might be giants.

Erik's writing one too. It's about a squirrel who's a nut salesman but wants to be a stunt squirrel and dodge traffic. It's "Follow your dreams," he says.

Morals? Hmm. Do unto others, arrogance = bad, don't do stupid things, don't cave to peer pressure, listen to wise people, have faith but not too much because then you think you can do stupid things and as I said earlier that's bad, strive for the better but know your limits...
