You know, I could find it darkly amusing that none of them even bothered to mention ditching me on Friday.
But I won't.
The game was fun. I pretended to be in the band. Raymond had a chicken hat on. I informed Matthew that glasses are sexy, the poor dear. ELIZABETH AND BEN ARE TOGETHER.
On Saturday we had a meet. It was all right. It took four hours. That was not fun.
Last night we snuck over to Coach Greg's house and camped out next to his pool. He was a bit surprised to find us this morning. "Don't you kids have lives?"
But I only had a couple hours of sleep, so I dozed off a bit in church.
Boston Legal tonight, hurrah. James Spader is amazing.
I finished The Picture of Dorian Gray. Good God, but that's a sad book. Also, chapter eleven is the most boring thing known to man, and I say that having read Little Women and the first page of Moby Dick. (They may be classics, but I don't have to like them.)
And this line makes me positive that Terry Pratchett has read it: "There are moments when the odour of lilas blanc passes suddenly across me, and I have to live the strangest month of my life over again." DUDE. It's Night Watch. Sort of.
I get very vexed when fanfiction.net breaks just when I wish to use it.
