Re: The new Stargate episode: Well, that explains a lot. I was wondering how Jack got old so quick. And I love love love Jack and Daniel.

Jack: I hope shots of my ass serve you well.

Daniel: I wanted to see if you would chase me.

And Teal'c, too. No quotes, because he didn't say anything, and that is why it was funny.

And Sam. And Dr. Fraiser.

Oh, come on, I love them all.

Apparently, there will be a whole new cast for Stargate: Atlantis. Which is interesting.

Also, if they made a spinoff with SG-13, I would watch. Would anyone else watch?

I'm off to find out if Johnny Depp has made any non-R-rated movies that I have not yet seen. And I have to find out if 21 Jump Street is out on DVD or anything. If it isn't, it should be.

I love Jack. And Daniel. And also pretty much everyone else you named. That was a wonderful episode. And it brought the whole family together, aww, though Erik left after it.

I do not really want to watch the Atlantis series, with a whole new cast. Let me know if you see it and it's good.

I might. I liked the red-headed guy, reminded me a bit of Daniel. I still like Daniel better. His whole manner is just cool.

Michael Shanks should not have cut his hair. Daniel has lost the whole long-haired glasses-wearing geek thing. I still love him oh-so-much, but the hair does nothing for me.

Hmm, true. It's understandable that after seven years he'd pick up a bit of military-ness, though, like the short hair and the muscles. He's still all "must learn more, ancient ruins ooh drool" at least.

Jack used to be hot, and then there was the premature-aging thing. Now he's just hot as a personality. Which is cool, I suppose, but Daniel has glasses.

I think it was Season 4. Buy Season 4 sometime and watch it. Hilarious episode, especially once Daniel pointed out, in like the twentieth loop, that Jack and Teal'c could do anything they wanted with no consequences.

Am broke. Was going to buy SG-1, ended up paying sixty dollars for Mother's Day presents because Dad forgot his checkbook. Until he pays me back, cannot buy anything, and will be starting with Season One. Could take awhile to get to Season Four.

I've been checking the guide to make sure I don't miss any episodes, but from what I can find of them in season guides, they're not running in any kind of order. So eventually I'll have seen them all but they'll be really screwed up. Some of the time Daniel's already done the ascension thing and other times he's only died once.

He's died about three times. And almost died about fifty times. And it looks like Jack's going to die yet again in the new episode. This show is really the best match for the description "Everybody dies except not."

From the commercials, it seems like Jack dies for real this time, but probably not, knowing this show.

I think there'd have been more hype if he were leaving the show. Consider how many times they've come across resurrection technology.
