I figured I'd just do a bit of a "life update" before I go off to write, on pain of not getting Stargate after vacation.
I wasn't here yesterday because I was, in fact, forced to go to my grandmother's house and clean her walls. I don't see why we have to clean the walls, it is not as if they are dirty. Anyway, I watched MacGyver twice, and I have to agree with
lasultrix: no man older than my father has the right to be that sexy.
And I have no idea what that show is about, either.
Then I watched Stargate, and it was an episode with Daniel, so I spent quite a lot of the time shouting at Sarah to get away from him, he's mine. And I love Teal'c. "We have caught nothing. We are fishing."
And then I played the Sims for four hours and wept because Charlie and Cassandra (cat and dog, respectively) are never happy because the humans are too busy working and cleaning up after them to play with them. So finally I had to hire a maid, so now hopefully the pets will be happier, because I can spend more time petting them.
Then I took a bath, and then I went to bed.
I was going to get up early today, because I can't read any more of UU until I finish chapter seven (so close!) and I won't be caught up until I finish nine, and also Katja sent me a new chapter to beta, but then I was tired so I just slept until Mom called at ten. And then, because she wouldn't be calling again until much later, I decided to come here and check my friends page. Even though I specifically told myself I wouldn't go online until I finished chapter ten.
Then again, I also said I wouldn't play the Sims again until I finished chapter ten, and, um...four hours...
In conclusion, I am a terrible procrastinator and all-around bad person today, so I must away. Pyrae, I shall be back at noon to find out if you want to go get food and other necessities with Jenna and me.

The moral of the story: The Sims doesn't count as procrastination because it's a biological addiction, I'm certain of that, so don't feel too bad *nod*
