Well, I'm home.

Computer's being really stupid.

I have a lot to say today. There's a semi-rant coming up later, but for now...

I'm putting these up mainly because I'd like to know what people think. I'm probably going to start one of them in a little while, because the Trilogy is well and truly dead, and I'll use another for NaNoWriMo come November.

1) Paul Lynde had it made - eighteen, a straight-A student, about to go off to college.

Then his family was murdered.

With the help of an ex-assassin, a prostitute, a mute errand boy, and an accountant, Paul intends to find out who killed his family and why. But he's a target, too, and there's something stirring beneath the surface - something that reaches far beyond Paul and his companions.

(Okay, that summary sucks. But I'm too sleepy to do better. I shall rewrite it later.)

2) This one doesn't get a regular summary, because I've no idea how it happened. It's prehistoric. It's hunter-gatherers. It's pretty damn weird.

3) Everyone agrees that Alison Jordan is beautiful, rich, and completely insane. She's spending her family's fortune on living in a Rhode Island mansion and pretending it's 1865, and no one's sure if she really believes it or not.

When a film crew arrives at the gates intending to make a documentary, the staff are all too happy to give interviews. But it soon becomes obvious that there's something very strange going on in the Jordan mansion, and that the filmmakers have a secret agenda.

And, of course, that's only the beginning...

(That one's because we saw two of the RI mansions, and I thought it would be cool to set a book there.)

4) This one also doesn't get a summary, because I started writing it and it sounds stupid, even though I think it isn't.

Basically, two girls get mind-control powers. Natalie doesn't want to use them. Meredith doesn't either, but eventually she does anyway. Meredith takes over the country. Natalie is a reluctant superhero. Mayhem.

It started as a dream, which explains a lot.

Anyway, yes, it sounds awful, but I think I could make it work. I just need to be not so tired.
