Anyway, merrivere, pyrae, and I went to see The Village yesterday. It was all right. I wouldn't see it again, because once you know The Big Secret none of it really matters anymore.

What's with all the talk of insanity lately? There's that essay floating around about Draco, there was Adrien Brody's character, there was talk of psychosis and reminders of Legacy in one of the Stargate episodes we just watched...

Speaking of Stargate, I am officially in love with McKay. In SGA there is no competition. This is not like SG-1: "I love Daniel! And Jack! And Sam! And Teal'c! And Janet!" This is, simply, "OMG I LOVE MCKAY." No ifs, ands, or buts. It's all about McKay for me.

Oh, Pyrae, have you done anything with the binder? I'd like it back soon. I want to try taping the broken prong-thing back into place.

I am a strange editor (oh crap I've got a chapter to beta that I totally forgot about) because, while it seems that I write notes to myself very formally, these are casually interspersed with notes that have nothing to do with anything, such as lyrics and denouncements of pens that run out of ink just when I need them. Hmm. Also, I have apparently progressed to the point where not only do I use Britishisms in everyday conversation, I've acquired a writing style that causes Pyrae to automatically assume a British accent when reading my notes aloud. (Spongebob is stalking us). Also, I barely noticed the British spellings in The Last Hero. (I need an "Actually I am a rocket wizard" T-shirt.) (I still have to give Pyrae her present.) (Where's my present? Hmm?) (You said today.) (Now I'm just mad.) Speaking of The Last Hero, it was beautiful, and I cried, and Vetinari, and Rincewind, and Ponder, and eeeeee. I love the interaction between the subsections of the series - the Watch, the Wizards...the cat... The pictures of the Librarian were kinda scary, though. (I have to bring water balloons to the party on Saturday.) (Is it on Saturday? I've forgotten already.) (I have to read DV14.2 and Eclipse.) (And Oscillate Wildly.) (I'm really far behind in the fandom, aren't I?) (Draco is a mad, mad thing.) (So's Zacharias, really. What is it about blonds that makes them complete psychos?) (Daniel's psycho, too. And blond. But only sometimes on both counts.) (Clearly there is some sort of association.) (Is the Bursar blond?)

I wasn't insulting him. I like that show most of the time. It's true that he's stalking Pyrae, though.
