I am reading Catch-22, which may well be the funniest book ever. I couldn't stop giggling in Study Hall. Hee.

On the other hand, my calculator claims that its batteries are low. Despite this, I decided to play with it during Sociology and got this from Mr. Herzog: "You're addicted. There's a cure for that. It's called conversation."

Sliding lower into depression without our other half. Us wishes that We would come back. Us is lonely.

Grandma is getting nervous about the New Year's party, as per usual. I started giving out invitations yesterday. Last night she called and demanded to know how many people are coming. I informed her that I have no idea, and she said, "Well, you'd better know by Christmas." I don't know why she gets this way.

Anyway, I made the attempt last weekend to work on TSPB, but I can't do it. I have to write chronologically except for VERY IMPORTANT SCENES, and I know that I need a Lasa scene in between the last scene and the next one, and I don't want to write it. Grr. Grr. Should not attempt to write her until I've got past the loathing and am on the up-swing of our love-hate relationship.

Same thing with Trilogy. Need three or four chapters before I can write about Nick, but I want to write about him NOW. Grr.

Dunno what I'm going to do. Not write, probably.

We is lonely also. We needs Us to share the squee and the slash and the New Year's Party Shouting. There better be a birthday party for Us this year.

I'm really going to be forcing Faith and Reginald through their paces tonight. I hope it goes well... :looks nervous:

I want to come to the New Year's Party. Maybe I'll just have to work on my Veronica story and toast you all with sparkling grape juice at midnight. :)
