Okay, how --ing hard is finding a college supposed to --ing be?

I want one in the Midwest, right, because I don't particularly like other places, other than for visiting. New York might be nice, but the city would drive me mad.

I want four years.

I want to major in Directing/Theatrical Production.

Okay, that's three --ing things, and the only --ing university they can find for me is in Iowa.

It's called Drake. It's in Des Moines, which is an urban setting but at this point I simply can't bring myself to care.

It costs $19,420 dollars. Per year. For four years.

Holy --ing shit, I need to get some scholarships.

Maybe something will change in the next two years. Then again, I doubt it.

Now, if I expand the search to encompass all which is in the US except for the southernmost states, I get nine matches. One's still Drake. The rest are in Massachusetts, or Pennsylvania, and one in Maine.

I do not want to go that far away.

I want to go to UW-Milwaukee and live in my grandparents' duplex and not have to pay rent.

Why the -- doesn't UW-Milwaukee have a Directing major?

It's so --ing unfair.

It's like every time I do this search my prospects get worse.

ETA: I have found my heart's desire.

It's called the University of Southern Maine.

I can take a minor, or even a double-major if I wish, in Criminology.

I am in love.

Ahaha. Maine is far away. Ahaha.

Mom wants me to go to the one in Des Moines because she likes Des Moines. SELFISH.

*pets* Have fun with your criminology, dear.
